Returns Policy

All products are thoroughly inspected by our shipping department to assure that you will receive your garments in perfect condition.

Please consult the size chart for the right size and if you are “between sizes” order the bigger size since it is easier to “take in” a dress than to “let out”. Size charts are available for every dress on each specific dress page.

Returns:

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your dress, please return the dress to us in its original condition within 7 working days of receipt. We will issue you with a full refund(delivery excluded) or exchange the item for a different size/Colour if required.

Important information:

You have 7 days to return the item to us
The dress must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
The item is your responsibility until we receive it. We advise that you send the dress using a delivery service that insures you for the cost of your dress.
Please allow 12 working days for the dress to be refunded to your account.
